Routine Maintenance?
Routine maintenance is about carrying out inspections and tests on existing equipment to ensure your system/s are operating as originally intended. A routine maintenance is a preventative measure that may include the application of insect spray, cleaning, and minor adjustments to ensure equipment operates reliability.

Maintenance Inspection Period?
Typically a routine maintenance is scheduled on a Bi-annual, Annual or 6 Monthly routine basis. AS 2201.1 Table 5.2.1.1 designates the maximum time between maintenance inspections for security alarm systems to be 12 months for risk class 3, 4 & 5 and 24 Months for risk class 1 & 2.
