Monitoring Pricing from 1st October 2024.

MSE haven’t increased monitoring pricing to customers since the introduction of the NBN 15 years ago and we have maintained our pricing without compromising the quality of service through technological and administrative efficiencies.  In the last 2 years we have experienced unprecedented cost increases of 20-30% across the board so to maintain the quality and level of service provided without compromise we’ve had to update some of our monitoring plans.

We have only altered the pricing where absolutely necessary with the updating of monitoring plans established 15 or more years ago and we have have kept any increases to an absolute minimum.

In the event these recent changes cause any financial difficulty please contact our customer service team to discuss your needs as we do have alternative monitoring services and payment plans that may suit your financial needs.  We have also recently added the payment option of Direct Debit to our Customer Payment Portal through the addition of Pinch payments.
